The Village Nook
The Nook is all about getting the village together. A place to meet fellow villagers, friends and family. It is run purely by volunteers, with profits distributed between the village hall and the church to help with running costs.
Regular events include a Pop-up Pub every Friday between 6-8pm with special event nights, table tennis and visiting food trucks. Well behaved dogs and children always welcome, so it is a great place to stop on the way home from work, after a dog walk, or to just to stay in touch and catch up on village news.
Other themed events and activites are run throughout the year; quizes, treasure hunts and BBQ's on the green, there is something for everyone.

The Village Nook
What began as a humble idea to breathe new life into social gatherings, and contribute to local causes has blossomed into a weekly village event. Run purely by volunteers and based in the village hall, the Nook provides a safe and welcoming space for the residents of Quarley, their family and friends.
The heart of this initiative was to support the village hall and church. These institutions serve as the backbone of the small community, providing a space for gatherings, celebrations, and reflection. However, maintaining such facilities requires resources, and the Nook has proven to be an additional source of funding, helping to ensure that these vital pillars remain standing for generations to come.
